WHY Teapots?
We are definitely NOT selling teapots. So why have that in our name?
The Whiskered Teapot was born from the love of my dog, Jackson, who passed away in 2023. We used to call him “Teapot” because he would whistle like one when he was happy- a small sound that we miss dearly.
When I lost him, I surrounded myself with his photos just to feel close to him again. Every morning began with a coffee cup covered in his face, and somehow that simple ritual helped me heal.
This project is my way of sharing that comfort with others. Through pet portrait products, I hope to give people a way to celebrate the pets they adore, or honor the ones they’ve lost, and find a gentle place for their grief- just as I did with Jackson.
